Damage deposit: A deposit of $500.00 is required for events with 40+ attendees
Capacity: Maximum capacity is 80 guests (seated and standing)

Flat rate: $650.00
($734.50 with HST)
- 2 staff provided
- 5 hours max
- Flat rate includes cleaning and gratuity
- Additional staff will need to be compensated
- Additional hours will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour
Private Bookings: Sunday – Thursday
Flat Rate: $800.00
($904.00 with HST)
- 2 staff are included
- 5-hour minimum booking
- Flat rate includes cleaning and gratuity
- Additional staff will need to be compensated
- Additional hours will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour
- A damage deposit may be required pending event type and if attendance is 40+ attendees
- Separate insurance may be required
Private Bookings: Friday & Saturday
Flat Rate: $1,100.00
($1,243.00 with HST)
- 2 staff are included
- 5-hour minimum booking
- Flat rate includes cleaning and gratuity
- Additional staff will need to be compensated
- Additional hours will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour
